It is extremely harmful and can cause cancer, lung disease and cardiovascular disease. Butylated hydroxyanisole (BHA) and butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT): These are both preservatives that are found in many cosmetic products such as eyeshadow, lip products and hair care products. They are usually labelled BHA or BHT on the product's labels. This can also cause cancer and it can effect the reproductive system's development.
